Twenty-Nine women from the surrounding area attended the ACTS Women's Retreat, March 15-18, 2012, held at Camp Zephyr. Attending the retreat were Patty Balboa, Diana F. Bill, Corina Buentello, Rosenda Cantu, Tina Cantu, Rosalinda L. Charles, Mari De la Cruz, Maria C. Espinoza, Belinda L. Flores, Abbe Garcia, Melva L. Garcia, Michelle Garcia, Mary L. Gonzales, Jessika Gonzalez, Dodie Navarro, Jessica M. Perez, L. Isabel Perez, Cristal Ramos, Jesusa Sanchez-Vera, Carla M. Zambrano and Raquel Zarate all of Alice. Also attending were Rosie Benavidez from Ben Bolt, Gloria G. Garcia and Tomasita C. Salinas from San Diego, Mary Gonzalez from Bishop, Melinda Martinez from Odem, Roxanne Perez from Beeville, Marti Ramos from Victoria and Lorraine Ysassi from Robstown.
